The apartment is a well-appointed one-bedroom unit that is perfect for an overnight stay, work or if you are in Wellington for an event. Close to the Central Business area with an abundance of eateries, shops and entertainment nearby. The check-in process is easy, check-in anytime when you arrive. Please note the apartment does not come with a car park. You are able to park on the street outside the building - Paid parking $5/hour 8am -8pm. Free parking 8:pm to 8am. $2.50/hour weekends.

An historic cottage in a sheltered dell in the country near Makara Beach, fully restored Te whare iti is 10-15 minutes walk from the rugged Makara coast and roughly 35 minutes from the Wellington CBD. The preserved exterior enfolds very clean, warm and comfortable modern amenities. Importantly- you must provide your own transport as there is no public transport to Makara from Karori the nearest suburb, some 9.5 kms away. Makara is true NZ countryside with a windy, narrow road to match!.

A regular bus service to the city is metres away from our home. Our street has free parking, spectacular views of the city and a park opposite with tennis courts. Nestled within Marsden Village at the city end of Karori, this townhouse has everything you would like for a treat weekend away or holiday stay in Wellington city. Guests are very welcome to make themselves at home. The CBD is approximately 10 minutes away by car. There is a bus stop at the end of the drive with a very convenient timetable. Buses run from very early in the morning until late at night.
