A cozy and quiet corner among the greenery offers a break from the hustle and bustle of the city. During the day, you can admire the Bay of Puck and the distant Hel Peninsula from the balcony, and at night, listen to the sound of the waves. From above, you can also watch the picturesque sunrises and sunsets over the Bay. On the plot there are flowers, shrubs and fruit trees (you can eat fruit in season).

On the 15th acre property there are 3 cottages, a playground, a trampoline and a parking lot, which is also fenced with a fence with a height of 1 meter. Pets are allowed.
