Our home, which has a Tourism Rental Permit Certificate No. 15.09.2025/18-003, provides a unique level of comfort with a kitchen with a 6.5-metre ceiling, a loft-style living room, underfloor heating, a fireplace and an ensuite bathroom in each room. It is located in a very central location, 15 minutes from the ski resort. In our garden, which covers a total area of 5,250 m2, there are 5 lambs, 7 geese, 29 chickens, 2 dogs and an organic orchard of 750 m2, all in enclosed areas with a private fence. Don't forget to get eggs from the henhouse for breakfast. Our house and garden are alcohol-free.

Meltem Hanım Mansion

You can walk to the Hıdırlık Observation Terrace and the Old Bazaar sightseeing areas from our mansion located in Safranbolu's Historical Old Bazaar. You can wake up to a morning with a perfect view with the sounds of birds and breathe the historical air. In the evening, you can sip your coffee on our balcony with a bright view of the old bazaar and relieve the tiredness of the day. If you want, you can spend time and relax in our garden. We are waiting for you to have a nice holiday with your loved ones in your own 132 square meters of space.

Vineyard House (Nightingale's Nest 1)

Have unforgettable experiences in this unique and family-friendly place. 600 m to Bulak Mencilis Cave, 400 m to the Waterfall, 5 km to Bulak village, 10 km to Safranbolu. Our peaceful vineyard house, surrounded by the forest on the Karacalar waterway, awaits those who want to relax, observe nature and take photographs. There's also a playhouse for kids You can go for a walk, lie in your hammock and listen to the sounds of nature, have a barbecue right next to your house, and sip your tea by the fireplace in the evenings.

If a booking is made, the entire property is rented. It can be preferred for renting a detached house with a garden (our house has air conditioning). It can accommodate up to 7-8 people😇 It is a natural wonder surrounded by pine forests, located near Bulak Mencilis Cave, 3 km from the city centre. A quiet and peaceful vineyard house with a large patio, camellia, kitchen stove and barbecue. Safranbolu houses are 7 km away, and the nearest grocery store is 2 km away. Nimet Hanım Mansion (Burcu Room)

Our mansion with a cistern built by Greek Masters in the 1800s was used as a residence for many years. In 2017, it was restored to serve as a boutique hotel, adhering to its original architecture. There is an original water cistern in the garden. Each of the 6 rooms has its own unique architectural features and is decorated with every detail in mind. You can enjoy breakfast and dinner by the fireplace in winter and in the garden with flowers in summer.
