Children can move freely in the area as there is no direct traffic, instead there are nice natural areas around the area. A rather simple and small but functional 40 m2 house with an undisturbed location, midway between the harbor and the city. If you are looking for a luxury house, this is not the house that meets that need. West-facing covered 20 m2 terrace. Kitchen, 2 induction stoves. The refrigerator is in the shed in connection with the terrace. Dining/living room with wood-burning stove, electric heating, 2 bedrooms with single beds, double bed 140 cm in the living room, toilet with sink, there is only an outdoor shower with hot and cold water.

My place is right on the beach in the middle of nature. Close to Alingsås, Hindås, Landvetter airport, Gothenburg, Borås. You'll love my place because of the lakeside and nature location. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). The cottage is about 30 square meters and the associated sauna cottage with shower, toilet and laundry is about 15 square meters. Free access to canoe for tenants. Good opportunities for fishing, motorboat available to rent!

En unik boendeupplevelse med idealiska förutsättningar för lugn, närhet till naturen och Bjärehalvöns alla utflyktsmål. Under 2025 har vi inte färdigställt den närmaste miljön runt huset men en altan med utemöbler finns. Vi ombesörjer sängkläder och handdukar. Vill du att vi tar hand om slutstädning kostar det 600kr. Under vintersäsong 1/11-1/3 har vi stängt för bokning.

The house is decorated in modern beach house style – ”simple living” with a great amount of charm and a personal touch! The House is located on a 3.600 square meters plot, where the 2.000 square meters are beach and sea. The beach is private (though the public has access). But since it is private and there is no big parking lot you'll mostly have the beach to yourself!
