Peony house

Peony's house is located by the Valti coast, in Sykia. It's land plot is 500m² and it's 93m away from the sea. The house has living room, kitchen, one WC and two rooms, one with double bed and the other with two separate single beds with the ability to add one children's playpen bed. In the living room the sofa becomes bed too. The kitchen is fully equipped (with one big refrigerator, electric stove, toaster, coffee machine and electric kettle). It also has a big front porch and a big green yard with barbecue and one traditional wood oven. Except from the sandy Valti's beach, only a few minutes away with your car you can enjoy all the beautiful Sykia's beaches such as Tourkolimnionas, Klimataria, Tigania, Kriaritsi, Agridia, Tranos Agios Nicholaos, Kavourotripes etc.

Dainty little house surrounded by old pine trees, shy owls and adorable squirrels in Professors Settlement-Vourvourou. For those who don’t know the area, this is your chance to explore it-local style! Downhill to the closest beach, 3min by car or 10min walk. Uphill on the way up (15 min walking unless you are super fit) through secret paths for the more adventurous. Restaurants, supermarkets, windsurfing, 5min by car or 22min walking. We offer 2 free MTBs during your stay to explore even more ;)

Villa Lemon has a living/dining room, kitchen, 2 sleeping rooms, 2 bath rooms, a large lounge/dining terrace, a small terrace where you can sit in the shadow in the afternoon and a balcony with sea view. It is fully furnished and has a modern design where natural materials such as stone and wood are mostly used giving the interior a warm, intimate feel. The villa is 70 square meters and can accommodate up to six people in one double bed, two single beds and on the sofa bed in the living room.
