We are a husband and wife team who grew up in the city and had dreams of owning a place where we could welcome friends, family, & maybe some animals! When we first saw our place, we fell in love with the views, yet we never imagined becoming a sanctuary for animals (and humans too)! As parents, our only regret is not doing this sooner! This home built in 1909 has lots of character. Plenty of room for the whole family and the dogs too. You can enjoy the wrap around porch , a dip in the pool, a huge yard for dogs and kids to play. We are walking distance from down town Exeter and local grocery stores . We also back up to the golf coarse. We are 45 min from gate of the Sequoias . Enjoy the many places around the house to sit and enjoy the views of the mountains.
