The house will be completely yours, our detached house with a garden in the center of Cappadocia awaits you for a comfortable and safe vacation. Our house has 4 rooms and 1 living room and will be allocated only to our guests during their stay. You can spend a peaceful time with small animals in the garden of our house and benefit from fresh vegetables and fruits in our garden. It is equidistant from the historical places in the region and offers you opportunities such as Balloon Tour, ATV tour, Horse safari and Jeep safari, Turkish night.

Our house, which we designed in the concept of a 1+1 boutique villa built in February 2024, is 12 km (10 minutes) from the city center. Erciyes ski resort Hacılar is 7 km (10 minutes) away. It has a 250 square meter garden. Heat and sound insulation is available. It is cool in summer and warm in winter. It has its own parking lot. It is carefully designed for families of 4-5 people to stay comfortably. It is also suitable for those who have difficulty walking. There is no Wi-Fi✖️ NOTE: PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED🚫

Our heated villa in an orchard in the clean mountain air offers a comfortable vacation 10 minutes by car from the Erciyes ski slopes. It is 20 minutes from the airport. Our 2-storey chalet is waiting to host you in its garden full of fruit trees covered with snow in winter, with a fireplace and barbecue for a pleasant ski holiday to be organized with family and friends. Our door is open to our guests who do not prefer hotels and want to feel at home, especially during the pandemic period.

Our comfortable, clean and reliable authentic vineyard house is 19 km from Erciyes Ski Center Tekir Kapı, 10 km from Hacılar Kapı, 6 km from Kayseri city center, Historical Castle, 13 km from Kayseri Airport, 14 km from Kayseri Bus Terminal, 71 km from Ürgüp Göreme. Our vineyard house has two floors and the upper floor is for rent, it has a separate entrance. We live downstairs. We can help our guests with anything.
