Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Kayseri

We were overall satisfied with our stay. Four of us chose this house to celebrate New Year's Eve. The house is centrally located, with a small market within walking distance. On the morning of our arrival, we parked our car in the spot recommended by the landlord, but unfortunately, the traffic police issued us a ticket. Afterward, we found a nearby car park, just a 5-minute walk away, which was free. The furniture in the house was clean, and the walls were made of stone and materials in harmony with the local architecture. Although it was cold outside at night, the house was warm, and we never felt chilly. The sofa in the living room was very comfortable and perfect for relaxing. As for the beds, they were a bit firm, which might be an issue for those who prefer softer mattresses. While two of us had some difficulty sleeping, the other two found it perfectly fine. Having a dishwasher was a nice convenience and made our stay more comfortable. We all left happy after this adventure!

the property was beautiful and just want I needed. the real star was Kamil, he greeted me when I got there at 23:00 showed me around and left me to it. then he took it upon himself to organise anything I wanted/needed like my airport transfer which picked me up and dropped me at the door, balloon rides, horse trek and due to bad weather they got cancelled and each day he was on it for the next day. Kamil is a real gem in Anavos. and he even got me a quote for a car rental which I didn't end up needed. thank you Kamil for a wonderful place to stay and being just an outstanding host. 🙏🏻

I liked my stay in this cozy warm house very much! Unlike commercialized hotels, this place gives me a real feeling of how it was like to be a guest of the friendly local Turkish people. The host was so nice to me, and he speaks English with me, I felt very welcomed. The room was decorated with beautiful local art crafts, which are quite nice and gives me a one of a kind travel experience. The whole house was very organized and clean, and all the equippment works nicely, I loved my stay there and I slept quite well, which comes to me as a nice surprise because I am a light sleeper. Anyway I would recommend it to all my friends and anyone who wants a nice experience!

Wonderful Host! Deniz is a very friendly host! Kindly mind to ask any question about the area and skiing opportunities. He was even kind to join us for a sweet ride and a guide from Hacılar Slopes. We stayed at this place as 5 persons. The house was very clean, very cozy, and comes with a fire place 😁 İt is located 10 mins away from the main slopes and 15 mins to Hacılar Kapı by car. Taxis are available and Deniz will guide you for it. Whatever you’d needed is ready at this place!!! I wish all of you a pleasant stay. I have use Abnb across Europe and America and with no doubt this host goes above and beyond. They respond to your questions within minutes. They actually came one night and started a bonfire for us when we contacted them to ask where we could find wood…. I was not expecting them to show up within 10 min and do it for us. To say more the place is so much better than the photos. It is a beautiful private villa, with your private patio and also has a terrace which I don’t think is even in the pictures. The location is great within walking distance of the many restaurants and coffee shops. If you rent a car to visit all the kapadokya area, no worries you have your own parking spot. I highly recommend this place. I highly recommend y

Staying in the cave was one of the most valuable experiences of my life. I really cannot wait to return and bring my family to experience what I did. I will never forget that small town and how well lit and beautiful the view was.
