Lovely wooden house in the countryside, peace and quiet

A wooden house with an area of about 35m2, far from the hustle and bustle. A private pond with a deck, a forest, a river, and a home of very nice owners :) There is a separate driveway to the cottage. 2 rooms downstairs: living room with kitchenette and bathroom. 2 bedrooms with 3 large beds 160x200 upstairs. A large terrace with a brick grill/fire pit and a garden. Bicycles can be rented. In winter, you need to heat a goat, we provide the option of using a hot tub 1h/100 zł or a sauna 1h/100 zł.

Wierzchowiska golf course -5 minutes. In the area of the Wierzchowiska Nature Reserve, bike and walking trails. A bedroom with a balcony upstairs. On the ground floor: lounge with fireplace and kitchen in the annex and exit to the garden. The bathroom is small but functional. Free parking, bike storage. Perfect for a couple.

On the mezzanine there is a large bedroom for 6 people. The total area of the cottage is about 60 m2. The cottage is year-round, with central heating and air conditioning.
