Kayak available. We follow the ALL INCLUDED principle, i.e. you pay once for everything. There are no additional fees for pets, firewood, utilities, parking, cleaning, etc.

Within a few minutes' walk, there are numerous restaurants, clubs and monuments of the Old Town, as well as relaxation in the peace and quiet of the riverside green areas and several parks. There is also a large shopping mall in the immediate vicinity. Basic shopping or a quick lunch is possible even in the apartments, because the shop, bar and restaurant are right next door. Nearby, there is a 100-year-old apiary and a farm that breeds goats and produces cheese. Local cured meats, eggs from free-range hens and milk from cows are available.
