We only rent our house a month (usually in August) ech year.

Comfortable townhouse nearby Amsterdam. The house has a spacious living room and two bedrooms. The house is suited for 3 guests. Towels and linen are provided. A well equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower. Shower gel is not provided. The kitchen is equipped with a four burner cooker, oven, a dishwasser, a Nespresso machine and several cooking and eating utensils. At the back of the house there is a small terrace with seating. Free Wi-fi and the use of the (smart) tv is available.

This studio apartement is situated in a 17th Century Canal house, on the Prinsengracht (one of the 3 major canals), right in the center of Amsterdam, within the UNESCO WORLD HERITAGE AREA. During the day you can sit outside on the bench in front of the apartment on the sunny side of the canal, nice to see people passing by.

It is also only a 10-minute drive to Amsterdam, so you will be there in no time! Ideal of course if you are looking for a nice place to relax after a wonderful day walking around Amsterdam. Our house is only suitable for families, for business people or for couples.
