5* New Saya T3 Villa 100 m from the beach

Seaside, ideal villa in the quiet and flowery subdivision of Grand Fond, 100 m from the beach and 300 m from shops. This is my personal villa, reserved for quiet and respectful holidaymakers. No children under 10 years old. A pet may be accepted on request, if it does not cause a nuisance. Following a number of incidents and in order to maintain an attractive rental rate, the hosting of guests is not permitted, unless an exceptional exemption is granted by written agreement.

On the west coast between sea and mountain, in a large lush tropical garden overlooking the ocean, nature accommodation with independent entrance for 2 people. Dry toilet and outdoor shower under the giant papyrus. You can prepare your meals and eat in the kitchen in the middle of the vegetation, on the terrace overlooking the sea... or elsewhere in the garden. Very quiet neighborhood. We rent our electric bikes. Loan of 2 pairs of fins-mask-snorkel and various board games.

Ideal for nature lovers, the Hibiscus bungalow is 320 m above sea level with panoramic views of Saint-Leu Bay, just 10 minutes from the lagoon and the city center. You will appreciate the quick access to the Tamarins road, the main road axis of western Reunion. An open garage is reserved for the house.
