The cottage is located in its own peace on the shore of the river Iijoki. The cabin can accommodate 1-3 people. Rowing boat, swimming and fishing opportunities. Yliranta horse farm 6 km, center of Ii 11 km. The cottage has a fireplace and a separate wood-heated sauna. The cottage has a well-equipped kitchen and bedding. Firewood included in the price. Linen at an additional cost of 10€/person. Pets by agreement 10€/stay. Hot tub or outdoor whirlpool for an additional €100. The tenant must do the final cleaning. We charge €80 for not cleaning.

JokiLaakso on tunnelmaltaan perinteinen vanhanajan mummola, mummon mökki, jonka ensimmäinen osa on rakennettu 1920 luvulla. Se sijaitsee maaseudun rauhassa, revontulien alla ja kesäöiden valossa, mutta vain 500m päässä 4-tieltä. Se on mainio paikka myös välietapiksi matkalla pohjoiseen.
