This house was easily one of the best airbnb houses I have ever stayed in. Mark was helpful, communicated with ease and the you tube videos of all possible 'tricky' points preempted any questions we might have had. The house was so well equipped that we wanted for nothing whilst we were there, plenty of space and beautifully clean. I would and will happily book this house again without hesitation.

Such a unique place in a picturesque rural setting, a piece of Japanese heaven in the middle of Hampshire area. Located close to Winchester, it is ideally situated for country walks and pursuits. The property is peaceful and private, the mill is stunning build over a river, such a stunning romantic oasis. Good for the soul if you want to recharge your battery in a beautiful and peaceful surroundings. The host's attention to details is impressive and everything looked and felt authentic, including the vintage Japanese screens and all furniture and decorations. I would highly recommend if you want to disconnect from everyday life and recharge! I'm planning to come back!!

I very much enjoyed my second stay at Nick's lovely cosy cabin. It was the perfect retreat after a long day cycling. Nick kindly provided some snacks and nicknacks. I would highly recommend a stay at the cabin and will likely return again myself.

Lovely big house, slept 8 adults easily. Great views, fab location to walk the South Downs. Everything you needed. Maybe less clutter/ family photos around the house would have been nicer but some liked the homely touch. Overall excellent. Many thanks, Louise

Me and my partner went away for a couple of nights and wanted to extend our visit somewhere and luck would have it we found the cute cottage! We felt so comfortable and at home here! The hosts were fantastic and welcoming! The views were beautiful and surroundings were stunning! Couldn’t ask for anything more! Would definitely recommend and will be returning! We are a family of 3 (myself, my wife and our 5 year old daughter). We were visiting Paultons Park and booked Karen's place to stay the night before our visit. And I must say we so very much regret that we could just spend 16-odd hours at this labour-of-love Karen has created. The place - it's pretty as a picture and Karen has made sure all the amenities and gadgets are top-notch. The place accords you the privacy but at the same time almost anything you could need is at a stone's throw. The host - Karen is so thoughtful and loving that we literally felt like we were staying with a family member. She even enquired our daughter's age for us to later discover that she has kept a box of toys and books fit for her age to play with. (not to forget the most beautiful easter surprise). Thanks so much Karen for your love and I really wish we could have stayed with you longer. Your place has our heart and you have our love and blessings.

It was a home from home. We loved the fact that it was someone's home and that we were trusted to share it for a couple of days. The books and music collections made us feel that we would have a lot in common!
