The cafes and shops of Kemptown village are less than 100 yards from the front door but the flat itself is in a quiet residential street. The property has its own private secluded garden which catches the sun and provides an oasis of calm. There’s a sea view from the bay window in the living room, and a well equipped kitchen that opens onto the garden.

It is close to restaurants and bars, Please note, There is no parking at the flat, but there are options like"Park on my drive" via the internet to find spaces. There is a good selection of shops including 3 supermarkets, Laundry. Comfy small double bed, which has "Emma" memorymattress. Bedding and towels, soap and shower gel are provided.

We have set the flat up with family and friendship groups in mind. Get the number 12 bus from outside the flat all the way to the Seven Sisters national park. The bus runs every 20 minutes making it easy to explore the iconic coastal area as well as enjoy everything Brighton has to offer.
