This unit is located in the woods on 1.3 acres. Moose in the yard on a weekly basis. They love my trees. This 4 plex has all high-end finishes. Mattress, pillow protectors. 4 pillows on each bed. All towels are high-end as well. This is a bottom floor unit Large yard and extra parking as well. Very new updated to look like a rust cabin plenty of towels. Seward Waterfront is only 7 miles from the house. Tons to do from biking, hiking! Keep in mind this is a 4 plex but still very peaceful!

We are one of Sewards Historic buildings and part of the Historic walking tour. This rental has been renovated to provide modern amenities, but we kept some of the historic charm. One bedroom apartment above the garage located on a 5 acre quiet lot just five minutes from downtown Kenai, five minutes from beach access and fifteen minutes from (URL HIDDEN) This unit has a new queen bed, DirecTv, Full bathroom, Private entrance & is fully furnished with dishes, pots & pans, silverware etc. You might notice a slight lean to the building when you arrive. Engineers have ruled the building as completely safe so please don't be concerned.
