The Vault

The Vault is a really special space, which we hope you can see from the photographs. It is a basement studio apartment with its own private entrance. It is quiet and cosy with underfloor heating and an ambient temperature all year round. This property is very central, making it easy to plan your visit. We are very close to the harbour and the property is on the famous Georgian Square, Queen Square. It feels like you have stepped into a film from Jane Austen as you come out of the building.

The Toolshed, a luxury Cotswold eco cottage

Kick back & relax in this calm, stylish space at the heart of the Cotswold village of Marshfield. Perfect for long country walks, 6 miles from The Georgian City of Bath and 12 from vibrant Bristol with Castle Combe & Lacock close by. A super insulated eco build, stone cottage with underfloor heating. There is a gorgeous DeVOL kitchen for those who love to cook or a hearty pub just around the corner. The Toolshed is the perfect country bolthole for couples looking to relax and slow down.

The North Transept

The North Transept is part of our converted Victorian Gothic church. We've done all the conversion ourselves - the high ceilings and beautiful Gothic windows make it a unique space. It's in a small hamlet in a beautiful hidden valley surrounded by fields; there's lovely walking from the door and lots of local wildlife including roe and muntjac deer, pheasants, red kites and owls. It's easy to get to a wide range of local attractions like Lacock and Avebury and only half an hour to Bath.

Secluded Lodge with private garden & new Hot Tub

Hawthorn Lodge is close to some of the most beautiful walks in Wiltshire, with access direct from the door, as it is situated at the foot of historic Roundway Hill. The lodge has recently been fitted out, and all fittings are new, and of a high quality. Perfect for pets, as the lodge is set in it's own secure garden. New large hot tub, which is accessed direct from the bedroom, and is emptied, cleaned, refilled and heated before arrival of every guest. Very quiet private rural setting.

Hello! We're Em and James! We live on the Chavenage Estate which is home to four generations of James’s family. We wanted to share our space, and our love of the outdoors with you here in the beautiful South Cotswolds. We have lovingly just converted this building into a highly unique 2 bedroom river fronted Cabin to excite and delight its guests. Situated less than 10 meters from the UK's oldest Brass Mill, skirting on the tranquil Mill Island with complimentary access to Kayaks, paddle boards and bikes and all being only a 10 minute drive into historic Bath's city centre.
