They were veeery helpful and welcoming. The place is very easy to find with free secured parking. We found everything we needed for our stay there.

It was a wonderful stay and the location is very close to downtown. Amine was very amazing and was always willing to help out whenever I needed help. The place is very clean and had everything I need for a one month stay. It even had an elevator so I didn’t have to walk up the stairs. Also, it has shops around it so you can get groceries or other things easily without going too far. Would stay again if I came to Sfax.

Everything ok so far, I didn't use the kitchen because something was worn but otherwise clean. Unfortunately, no mention of the train of the 20 m opposite, honking, over the rails. Location also ok, by taxi in 10-15 min in the Medina. Radhy himself was very helpful, nice, friendly and answered all the questions I requested satisfactorily.

Habib's studio apartment is perfect for a solo traveler or a couple. It is very clean, in a central location, accessible, and quiet. Habib is the perfect host, even with demands from his work and family. There was a problem with the city's water while I visited, but Habib made sure I had plenty of water for washing and cooking. Highly recommended. A place and host you can trust.

Farah and her husband Khaled's place is very nice and they are really kind and friendly. There is a beautiful patio overlooking the olive garden. The house has everything you need to cook and coffee, so we could have a nice dinner and all the breakfasts at home and on the patio in the garden.

Thank you so much to Aymen and his wife for hosting me in this accommodation, he was very big! Recommended for a family! Would highly recommend!

We can only recommend this accommodation. The house is nice and clean you feel right at home. The pool is very clean and big. We truly enjoyed the time Salma has a big heart, she is helpful and was always easily accessible. Thanks for the hospitality, we will be happy to come back.

Pictures are exactly the same. The location is perfect along a main road, supermarket directly below, bread shop, cake and ice cream store and also food shops along the road. Apartment is very spacey and lot of light during the day. I stayed with my little son and would definitely stay again and definitely recommend staying at Sameh apartment. The apartment is serviced by a lift and 24 hour security cameras.

I felt at home in this apartment in the city center and quiet. Traditional design and construction, it stays cool even when it's hot. Simple, convenient and comfortable, it has everything you need to cool off when you come home, work, cook, and sleep well. There are all the necessary shops nearby, and just wait a few minutes downstairs to take a taxi.
