The Barn has been welcoming guests since 2012 and has recently been renovated to modernise and brighten the home. It was previously listed on AirBnB as Garden Lodge. Set on a very quiet lane in the gorgeous Suffolk village of Charsfield, The Barn is perfectly located for easy access to the wonderful Suffolk Coast. Semi-detached one bedroom Cottage with views over the river. Situated 1 minutes walk to the Beccles open air heated public swimming pool and only 3 minutes walk to the vibrant town centre and river. Accommodation is on three levels with a large double bedroom, kitchen diner leading to the shower room and toilet, and lounge area containing a double sofa-bed. A conservatory off the lounge leads to a utility room with downstairs toilet and a south facing patio area. Off-road parking included.

Recently renovated 2-bedroom cottage located in the beautiful market town of Wymondham. This historic cottage is walking distance to the town centre, pubs and restaurants and sleeps up to 5 guests. It includes 2 rooms, one with a double bed. A second room with a double bed and a single bed. A main bathroom and a spacious open plan kitchen/living area, making it a great space to socialise with friends or family. Lots of parking for 4 cars and an outside seating area for a morning coffee!

Honeysuckle cottage is perfectly located for exploring the Norfolk and Suffolk coastline. It was built in the mid 1800's and was once a farmer’s cottage. Now completely refurbished to a high standard with beamed ceilings, latched doors, central heating and fully double glazed. 10 minute walk to Hopton’s sandy beach.
