Woodside studio

A converted, fully self contained studio flat for 2 people with space for 2 kids. The studio is set back from the main house on the grounds with a private entrance, and covered decking areas with a view into the woods. Parking space for 2 cars. Private driveway. 12 minute walk to Hassocks station with easy access to London/ Brighton. Downs' walkers/ cyclists, business trips, families who need a bit of space from visitors all welcome. If we are able, we can collect/ drop you at station.

Ecopod plus day summerhouse and street parking

Our unique Ecopod was handcrafted in Wales, it is beautifully insulated with sheep wool and has a lovely smell of wood. The large double glazing doors allow you to make the most of sunlight, you are in the sunniest spot of the garden! The village has everything you need, four independent coffee shops, one bakery and two supermarkets. Further down you have the beautiful Hurstpierpoint, Ditchiling and Lewes, if you fancy more action, Brighton is 10 minutes away. FULLY HEATED for colder days.

Our Little Holiday Let

A beautiful studio built on the first floor with its own private entrance. The space has a staircase leading to the lounge area with fully-fitted kitchen and king-size bed sleeping area. Hotel-quality shower room. Views of blue sky and the South Downs make this bright, light space perfect for relaxing. Explore the village or venture into Brighton. Off-street parking and easy access to the Downs. Bring your bikes, walking boots or just a book! Cook during your stay or enjoy the restaurants.

Yurt spectacular views! Sauna/ stables available

At the foot of Ditchling Beacon, this unique yurt-style cabin sits within South Downs View Glamping, a countryside retreat featuring just our yurt and shepherd's hut with breathtaking views. With a king-size bed, living area, heating and cooling, Wi-Fi, cooking facilities, and private bathroom, it has everything. Ditchling village is just a 5-minute walk away, while Brighton is only 20 minutes away. Ditchling Wild Sauna is also located on site (booked separately). Dogs and horses welcome.

Romantic retreat

Spa with hot tub and sauna all heated via a log burner for the ultimate retreat break. Guest house in large gardens, king sized bed, small kitchen and en-suite. Many local attractions near Brighton Gatwick Airport and the South Downs! Pull out double sofa bed, works well for smaller family’s. Stunning 25 meter swimming pond, water is crystal clear. Large deck and sun-loungers by the swimming pond. We use the garden too, it’s part of our home but there is plenty of opportunity for privacy.

@Home Station

our lovely cosy flat is located in Hassocks right above the Heeler centre clinic and just a few steps away from the train station, making it ideal for people who will be commuting or travelling by train. Hassocks is only 10 minutes away from Brighton City that offer you lively beach, unique independent shops down at the lanes, and a great time. from our flat walk across the road to our local pubs and sainsbury just 3mins away! Hassocks are filled with lovely shops and cafes.

Beautiful barn in the hills and woods nr Brighton

Idyllically situated down a quiet, magical lane, our oak-framed barn is surrounded by hills and woodland, with stunning views on all sides. There is instant access to beautiful countryside footpaths and bridleways. We are walking distance from a pub with a garden and good home-cooked food. Just an hour from London by train and 10 minutes drive from buzzy, cosmopolitan Brighton, we're also close to lots of pretty villages, lovely beaches, beautiful historic houses and gardens.

No 26 is a deceptively spacious, light and airy semi-detached Victorian cottage located on a private road in the Keymer Conservation Area, on the edge of the South Downs National park. The cottage sleeps 4 in two bedrooms, has its own parking space with a charging point, and is located within easy reach of the A23 and A27. It is also an easy 20 minute walk from Hassocks Mainline train station, with fast trains to Gatwick, London and Brighton.

Set in the village of Keymer West Sussex, this 450 year old traditional local pub, is ideal for South Downs Way walkers, hikers and cyclists. Refurbished 2026 1 - 1 double En-suite room. The Pub offers evening entertainment on the following nights - Monday - Friendly local Darts competitions Tuesday - Pizza Van Wednesday - Quiz night Thursday - Open Mic. Please be mindful, the room is above a local vibrant pub.
