A converted, fully self contained studio flat for 2 people with space for 2 kids. The studio is set back from the main house on the grounds with a private entrance, and covered decking areas with a view into the woods. Parking space for 2 cars. Private driveway. 12 minute walk to Hassocks station with easy access to London/ Brighton. Downs' walkers/ cyclists, business trips, families who need a bit of space from visitors all welcome. If we are able, we can collect/ drop you at station.

Ecopod plus day summerhouse and street parking

Our unique Ecopod was handcrafted in Wales, it is beautifully insulated with sheep wool and has a lovely smell of wood. The large double glazing doors allow you to make the most of sunlight, you are in the sunniest spot of the garden! The village has everything you need, four independent coffee shops, one bakery and two supermarkets. Further down you have the beautiful Hurstpierpoint, Ditchiling and Lewes, if you fancy more action, Brighton is 10 minutes away. FULLY HEATED for colder days.

Romantic retreat

Spa with hot tub and sauna all heated via a log burner for the ultimate retreat break. Guest house in large gardens, king sized bed, small kitchen and en-suite. Many local attractions near Brighton Gatwick Airport and the South Downs! Pull out double sofa bed, works well for smaller family’s. Stunning 25 meter swimming pond, water is crystal clear. Large deck and sun-loungers by the swimming pond. We use the garden too, it’s part of our home but there is plenty of opportunity for privacy.

our lovely cosy flat is located in Hassocks right above the Heeler centre clinic and just a few steps away from the train station, making it ideal for people who will be commuting or travelling by train. Hassocks is only 10 minutes away from Brighton City that offer you lively beach, unique independent shops down at the lanes, and a great time. from our flat walk across the road to our local pubs and sainsbury just 3mins away! Hassocks are filled with lovely shops and cafes.

Idyllically situated down a quiet, magical lane, our oak-framed barn is surrounded by hills and woodland, with stunning views on all sides. There is instant access to beautiful countryside footpaths and bridleways. We are walking distance from a pub with a garden and good home-cooked food. Just an hour from London by train and 10 minutes drive from buzzy, cosmopolitan Brighton, we're also close to lots of pretty villages, lovely beaches, beautiful historic houses and gardens.
