У дома расположен самый большой молл, а также множество ресторанов, кафе, аквапарк и детские аттракционы.  Двухэтажные апартаменты площадью 100 кв.м. с двумя спальнями, двумя ванными комнатами и гардеробной комнатой. Пол с подогревом - по весей площади и кондиционеры в каждой комнате отдельно.  . Ремонт апартаментов окончен в Июне 2024 года.

The cottage has a sauna which costs an additional fee. One hour costs 100 GEL. Mirveti waterfall is a few kilometers from Thomas hut. Mosque is one kilometer away. Machakhela river is also nearby. Makhuntseti waterfall is 20 kilometers away. We also have house wine, red and white. Aged for 3-4 years. Which you can buy on site.
