Great accommodation, in the middle of Bangkok. You can walk a lot. Great breakfast and nice host. Great communication.

It’s a good place to stay in BKK and really comfortable environment and easy to reach the grocery stores.

The place was exactly what we needed. We traveled with a 14 years old teenager, and the most important condition was met (wi-fi). The matrimonial bed is super comfortable, with a nice, hard mattress. The place is clean and not cluttered. It felt really like home. The only thing I would have to say bad about it, is that the street noise is high over night. But I guess you can say this about all places in Bangkok. The host was super friendly and gave us nice tips about the surroundings and the attractions. The vicinity to China Town was also a very nice perk. I would for sure book this place again.

Check-in is not very convenient, and the convenience store is a short distance away.But the room is very clean!Cozy! Local!

This was an excellent place to stay with our big family. The house was clean with great amenities, a laundry machine (which was so nice to have after a week of traveling), and lots of space and common areas. We loved the terraces that gave us a little bit of outdoor space. Top was very helpful when we had to be flexible with our checkin time and the process was seamless. They were very responsive to all our questions. I would definitely stay here again with my family in the future!

Great welcome... The owners speak great English and share the right tips. Great location for visiting the old town taxi and tuk tuk nearby restaurants etc.

Place was as described. Market in front of the door did not bother us particularly, departure with grave was possible around the corner. There were already some steps to the bedrooms (stairwell not air-conditioned), but the bedrooms are good. The middle bedroom has a firmer mattress than the other two. Kitchen equipment sufficient, some things might be missing for cooking, but we always ate out or bought or ordered something and only needed the kitchen for breakfast. Nice large fridge. Air conditioning in the living room and the bedroom always cooled down the rooms quickly. Washer (and dryer that we didn't use) is also very convenient. Good and fast communication.

Tong is truly an amazing host. The property is very nice, new, and conveniently located near the subway station. My friends and I had a great time staying here and would definitely recommend it.

3 floors villa. Every room is en-suite. Close to the BTS. Walk in about 15-20min to terminal 21. A lot of convenient stores 7-11. Many street food during lunch hour. Many massage stores to get relaxed.

The property has a great location right in China Town, but still in a quiet, small & modern neighborhood. This neighborhood was newly built, there are already some good restaurants and cafes. It feels very safe because the area is monitored by guards 24/7. Armie is a great host, very easy to reach and takes care of all needs. The space is modern, laid out on 3 levels and clean. We didn't miss anything. We'd love to come back!

Easy to communicate and comfortable

We had a very pleasant stay at Gem’s place. The house was clean, spacious, and has everything we need. I commend how very responsive they are to all my queries and how easy it is to check-in (we checked-in around 530 am). Will definitely recommend this place.

This place is a good location to stay if you have many guests and want to be in the Ekkamai area. D is responsive and able to help. Small note about the location, you have to be very clear when using deliveries as the house is a little deep in but the instructions given by D for check in will help.
