A 5 minute drive to the town centre, our house is warm, private, & modern with some of the best views in Oamaru! It has a fully equipped kitchen & an expansive deck where you can enjoy the ocean views. It’s warm, heated by a heat pump in the living area with extra heaters in the bedrooms. There is a pull out bed for the extra, 5th person if required. We offer free, unlimited high speed internet & all you need for a stay in Oamaru. Fresh clean linen and towels are provided for your stay.

Shepherd’s Rest - outdoor bath, alpaca & sheep

The Shepherd's Rest is a Shepherds Hut and glamping experience. The hut is situated on a 300 acre bull beef farm and approx a 10 minute drive to central Oamaru. Unwind in the outdoor bathtub (gas heated). The 3 alpaca & pet sheep are your friendly neighbours. 4pm Farm Tour for additional fee. The country location is the perfect place to relax, star gaze, enjoy the scenery, birdsong & farm sounds. It’s a great base to explore Oamaru & the Waitaki area.

Buckley’s Retreat

We offer this unique tiny home with fantastic Ocean views. You can wake to the sunrise and watch the sunset at night all from your bed. We offer continental breakfast. The Cube is the place to really relax and recharge enjoying the views and gorgeous sunrise and sunset. Chill out at home or get out for a surf or walk on the beach.
