Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Kiambu County

The location and the surroundings were great, especially traveling with a 3year old it felt safe, the guard at the gates were very thorough. The house caretakers were helpful and always there if we needed help with something. The garden was beautiful and well kept. At night the house worker came to put the electric fence on. So we were very well taken care of and Elizabeth our host was ready all the time to help, even if we had to change our arrival time. I will be coming back next year, thank you Elizabeth.

Marine was friendly, responsive and helpful. We arrived in the middle of the night but still had no problem with her instructions or getting into the house. The house was spacious, clean and comfortable and the garden was stunningly beautiful. I would highly recommend staying there for families and groups who want to be that side of town.

We traveled to Nairobi for 2 weeks to be close to our son's family, who live nearby. Specioza's place was as described, very secluded and private, with beautiful grounds, and all the amenities you would need for a short or long stay. Specioza and Peter (the groundskeeper) were very responsive, and flexible with our booking. However, guests should be aware that you absolutely need to have your own vehicle to access this property, and in rainy weather, you would need AWD. We typically get around via Uber, and often order grocery and restaurant deliveries, but none of these options were available to us, due to the long dirt road leading to the remote property. Fortunately, we were able to borrow an AWD vehicle from our son, which made our stay workable and pleasant. We would highly recommend this property if you like a very quiet and secluded setting, and have your own vehicle. We would definitely consider this property again for future visits.

Joyce and the care taker are great hosts. Responsive, helpful and polite. The house is big and spacious and just as shown in the photos. Nice place for family , good location. Well stocked kitchen with everything that we needed. We had a short and lovely stay. Would like to come back.

Nice quiet place with beautiful surroundings and the private garden makes you to relax. the area is very safe, lot of rerestrestaurants are around, Mikhail responded quickly also the staffs are very friendly. For sure we will book again. I recommend other travellers too.

Extremely clean and cozy place, surrounded by nice places to eat out and shopping malls. The place is a haven, with extra spaces for chilling or working. She has put thought on the decor and the garden is well taken care of, making it a memorable place. Jacque is extremely kind and very communicative. I will definitely come back!

Mitchell was a great host who provided clear instructions. Mitchell was very responsive and the apartment was just as described. Centrally located, clean, safe, 24 hour security on site, an easy access to other amenities. I will be back.

Amazing apartment. Pictures look great and being there looked even better. The place is squeaky clean with daily cleaning services, towel and linen change. The building is immaculate with constant clean all floors. Security is very friendly and helpful and the convenience store downstairs is a great plus. Absolutely loved the stay here.

Absolutely stunning views, wonderful huge house with tasteful decor. We had a wonderful stay. Definitely use a boda guide to find this place as it would be tricky to find on your own. really worth it when you get there!

Beautiful Villa. The host was always proactive and responsive. Fiona and Espen agreed for late check out as myself and another group members flight time was just before midnight. We really appreciated this gesture. Rose ( the housekeeper ) was always there to keep the house clean and take care of laundry. I would definitely recommend other tourists to book Fiona and Espen’s place. A definite encore!

Wonderful place in the hearth of Nairobi, which feels like you are in the middle of the forest.

Other than the rain that made it a bit difficult for cars to manoeuvre, it was nothing short of professional hospitality. A keen balance of supervision from management and privacy for the guests as well. CLEAN HOUSE, spacious, wonderful entertainment set up and wonderful neighbours (Mr.Kiarie helped move the car out the mud)
