Located in the back garden of our house you can walk straight into fields and the beautiful Chiltern hills. Its only a 5 minute drive/ 15 minute walk from the centre of the historic town of Henley on Thames. Newly built it features underfloor heating, and brand new designer fittings. Access via woodland path or garden stairs.

Brightwell Baldwin is a small hamlet close to the market and historic town of Watlington. Henley-on-Thames and Oxford City Centre are a short drive away.

A lovely indendant apartment at the bottom of our garden secluded by trees . the apartment has a nice outside area with patio table and chairs . Inside there is a large open plan kitchen , dinner, lounge with a sofa bed and a well equipped kitchen with double oven , fridge freezer , dishwhaser , whashing machine microwave , toaster, kettle and much more . theres a large smart tv and wifi , dinning table . bedroom with king size bed and built-in wardrobe . bathroom with walk-in shower .

A relaxing retreat close to the Thames.

The Studio is a self contained space attached to our home. It has an open plan area with a kitchen, dining , sitting and sleeping space as well as a separate shower room. Access is through a private entrance at the front of the house. Purley on Thames is a small village in West Berkshire with good access to Reading, Pangbourne and Oxford by car. The Studio is a 10 min walk away from Mapledurham Lock on the Thames path and there are also some lovely walks through nearby Sulham woods.

The house was 'created' in 2020 having originally been part of the village pub - its now part of a redeveloped property which also includes the owners home and a fabulous cafe called Artichoke Cafe The property is right in the heart of the picturesque riverside village of Pangbourne with its fabulous specialist shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs. Yet only ten minutes walk gets you to the countryside! The village also boasts a mainline station with direct trains to London Paddington.

Set on the edge of the Chilterns there are lots of country walks and we are close to the Red Lion pub with its excellent food and local beers. Perfectly located for Henley-on-Thames, approximately 4 miles away, which is ideal for the Regatta and many of the other festivals held in the area. Windsor is a 30 minute drive away and Reading and Oxford are also easily accessible.

It is suitable for either a single person or a couple - there's a standard sized double bed, ensuite bathroom with shower and a small kitchenette. Beautiful countryside walking routes are just a minutes away and Henley town centre, with its shops, cafes, restaurants and river front is within easy reach.
