It was a really special place. A beautiful restored cottage combining the rustic and the modern. Comfortable and peaceful with a gracious host and an air of magic.

Mary was a super host, fast clear communication. House was spotless and Mary had bread, milk biscuits, cereal provided on our arrival. The house is in such a convenient location, and spotlessly clean with everything you could need. Fabulous views and the binoculars were a hige hit. Youghal has a fantastic beach and boardwalk and Mary gave great recommendations for eating locally. Overall, a highly recommended host and house.

The place was spotless. The home had plenty of room and bathrooms. Martha the care taker went out of her way to help us in every way. The home was centrally located for us to do day trips every day.

What a great find this was! Peaceful and quiet and only a short drive to shops and local pub . Well stocked and Seamus was a great host. Caught a trout on the creek over the road. Great communication all steps of the way

Lovely clean place. Everything was as described. Cathy replied to any questions within minutes. Nice quiet location close to all West Clare attractions. Friendly locals.

We had a fabulous week at Colm's cabin with our 2 boys and our dog. The surroundings of Lough Derg were absolutely amazing and it really felt like a different world! The cabin was spotless with a lovely decking to sit out on to admire the surroundings. We had our own inflatable kayak and helpfully were offered the use of Colm's 2 canoes so we got great enjoyment out of them on the Lake. Larkins is a 5 minute drive and was really fabulous for food and the small playground near it helped with entertainment for the boys. Colm was a great host and so helpful and welcoming 😊 We will definitely be back!

What a wonderful house in an idyllic location nestled in the wilds of the Irish countryside. Our family of 5 felt right at home here with everything a modern family needs to eat, sleep and relax for the week, home from home. The view from the master bedroom looks out across the fields and you can see the estuary on the horizon, great for watching the sunset. The local beach of Ballybunion is a must and somewhere we visited on multiple occasions.

Veronica's accommodation was brilliant from start to finish. Messages and queries were responded to quickly and in a very helpful and friendly manner. The house itself is spotless, spacious, and well stocked with clean towels, linen, cleaning products and shampoo/shower gel etc. Couldn't recommend the host or the house highly enough. Will definitely return.
