We were Visited Sarah’s place for a weekend staycation and Loved every minute of it. The place is Big and has so much for everyone. The place is peaceful and big enough for 2-3 families with kids. All the games were great and we had so much fun. Sarah was very considerate to allow us some extra time for checkout. Would definitely recommend the place and would come back too. Thanks Sarah

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful Airbnb! From the moment we arrived, Sydney and Chris made us feel so welcome and at home. Their hospitality was unmatched, and they truly went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Our kids had an absolute blast playing on the property. We were lucky enough to borrow the kids toys, which kept everyone entertained. The property itself is stunning, with a lovely pool that provided endless fun and relaxation. Every corner of the home felt inviting and cozy. We couldn't have asked for a better retreat for our family and friend’s. Thank you for your warmth and kindness; we can't wait to return! we stayed at Villa Nessa for a bucks weekend with 14 guys, and it was absolutely perfect. The house was immaculate, spacious, and felt more like a home than a rental. There were plenty of comfortable beds, large living areas, and a fully equipped kitchen that made group meals easy. The spa was a standout feature—hot, clean, and ideal for relaxing after a long day. The location was quiet and peaceful, yet still close to everything we needed. Although we didn’t meet Vanessa in person, she was an exceptional host. Her communication was prompt, polite, and super helpful from start to finish. She made everything smooth and stress-free, even with a large group. It’s clear she puts a lot of care into making the home welcoming and comfortable. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate our mate’s upcoming wedding. Highly recommended to any group looking for a clean, relaxing, and well-managed stay. Would definitely return to Villa Nessa

We absolutely loved our time at Sand Lakehouse! It is a beautiful place to unwind and watch the water; so much bird activity on and around the lake, it was just wonderful. The house itself is spacious and appointed thoughtfully, and there was nothing we lacked. The fire pit made for a fun night of toasting marshmallows and the local ducks provided much entertainment. The bliss of having a cup of tea on the jetty cannot be overstated! Stephen was a responsive and helpful host, and there's even an IGA within walking distance for anything you've forgotten. A great place to stay; we would highly recommend.

Angela, you have a beautiful house! Kitchen and bathrooms were immaculate and well maintained. Kitchen was well equipped with lots of cooking utensils, condiments, herbs and spices. One small downside was the squeaky doors which can be easily fixed with WD40. Waking up early every morning without waking the family was a struggle. I believe those white circles things on the walls are night lights? None of them were working. Very hard to see at night. Overall a great place and would definitely recommend if anyone is looking for a nice and relaxing beach holiday. Beach is 5mins drive and a brand new playground was just recent built.

I loved my three nights stay at Rachel’s. It’s the perfect little love shack. So many areas in and around the cottage to just relax. Rachel was easy to communicate with and very helpful. Thank you. I would love to come back. I highly recommend ro stay here.

caves beach is absolutely beautiful and the Williams house is in a perfect location. Two beaches very close by and walkable and plenty other activities to do in the surrounding. The house is perfectly set up for families with kids and the views are stunning. We actually thought the pictures do not do the views and house justice.

What a delight The old schoolhouse was to spend time. Kerry and Peter were very welcoming and it was so easy. The schoolhouse is very comfortable and well appointed with lots of thoughtful touches. We loved all the history of the place and information provided. It was quiet and very relaxing. A short walk to beach and pub! The absolute best thing is Kerry and Peter kept our little doggo company when we attended our function. Highly recommend this lovely place and the hosts.

We love the cottage Pearl Beach for our family weekend away. Perfect for 4 couples. Plenty of outdoor space and undercover area if wet. We love the easy walk to the beach, bush, tennis court and don’t leave Pearl Beach. Thanks for the extra luxuries like lovely towels, lotions, candles and bubbly.

My family and I stayed at Dani’s place for a wedding and we were very impressed with her beautiful place on arrival. The home looks better than the pictures and very spacious. It made our time there feel luxurious and would definitely stay there again. I would even say it is better than some hotels!

The place was perfect for our group and Steve was accomodating an excellent to deal with. Great location to get around the central coast and check in and out was easy!

We had such a lovely stay at Tom’s place. Close to lots of cafes, restaurants and the beaches + plenty of parking on the street. Check-in was easy and communication was great. Had such a homey feel to it and was the perfect spot to relax on a weekend away. Such nice little touches like providing eggs, bread and milk. The bathroom and bathtub were absolutely gorgeous too :)

Stunning retreat! The house is so well set up to accommodate 6-8 people very comfortably. With 2 bedrooms upstairs and 2 downstairs, there is a real feeling of space, with great areas to gather or relax both indoors and out. Stunning views and so quiet!

We absolutely loved our stay at Anna’s place. We didn’t need to contact our host once during our stay as everything was provided. The location was fabulous and the breeze from the elevation was superb. The beds were comfy and the central air conditioning was a plus. We would definitely stay again. Thank you Anna!

The house is excellent, well-maintained, and well-supplied with necessary items. The large and comfortable bedrooms are a significant benefit. It's a fantastic spot if nature and beaches are your purpose. I would be more than happy to rent again.

The home was spotless and well-maintained, making for a comfortable and relaxing getaway. The highlight was definitely the heated pool—such a treat! The property itself is peaceful and beautifully set in nature, yet still conveniently close to nearby attractions. Highly recommend this stay for anyone looking for a perfect escape. We’d love to come back!

We had a large group of family and friends heading to the Central Coast for the Easter long weekend. We were fortunate enough to find two houses next to each other hosted by Micah and Denny that were able to fit our group. Micah and Denny were very responsive and accommodating. The two houses were very clean and had excellent views. We were very impressed with the houses location, located near Terrigal Beach (2-3 mins drive). Plenty of restaurants nearby for eating out or taking away to have at home. Thanks very much Micah and Denny for having us.

Loved my stay! The place was lovely - clean, comfortable, and in a gorgeous area that's perfect for a weekend escape. PK was incredibly friendly, supportive, and helpful throughout.
