Unfortunately no dogs/children/ infants are allowed as we are a working sheep farm & surrounded by water. Large apartment in the town centre literally a stones throw away from the train station and upstairs from a pub. There’s a supermarket, cafes, restaurants and shops all within 2-3 mins walk. Modern open plan living room & kitchen space with 1 double bedroom and w/c / shower room. Refurbished to a very high standard and great value for money. One of the sofas in the living room can be used as a sofa bed and there’s a further sofa bed in the bedroom. Electric heating. No gas.

The Great Hall, Dollarbeg Castle

This 2 bedroom apartment is the beautifully converted former Great Hall of Dollarbeg Castle. Built in 1890, Dollarbeg Castle was the last gothic baronial style building of its type ever built. Beautifully restored in 2007 to the very highest standards, it was converted into 10 luxury properties, one of which is a conversion of the original "Great Hall" with its vaulted ceiling and majestic views across the formal grounds towards the Ochil Hills in the distance.

Dunlop is only 1/2 hour drive to some of Ayrshires top golf courses. The train takes less than 30 mins to Glasgow city centre. The village has a community pub, a community cafe(open Thursdays and Fridays for morning coffee and lunch. A newsagent, post office/ shop and an Artisan Bakery ( openThursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday.) A new craft shop has also recently opened next door to our home. The nearest supermarket is 10 mins. drive away.
