An Cala is a cosy cottage in a rural location in the village of Benderloch, within only 20 minutes' drive of Oban. There are sandy beaches within easy walking distance. The Fort William to Oban cycle path passes right outside the garden gate. The village has a convenience store and seasonal cafe, which are just 2 minutes' walk away. This is an ideal base for exploring the West coast of Argyll. Ferries run from Oban to various islands, and the mountains of Glencoe are 45 minutes to the North.

Clickety-Clack is nestled at the head of Loch Eil, 10 miles from Fort William, 6 miles from Glenfinnan. Sleeps 4 persons max. Sits along side the A830. 1 well behaved dog is permitted at the cottage with prior arrangement. We have beautiful views of the Loch and Ben Nevis. Perfect for couples and families and sits alongside the West Highland Railway line, the cottage is in the enviable position to watch the trains pass the front door. Car is essential in order to see the surrounding areas.

The Old Byre, Langal is a lovely holiday cottage nestled on the shores of Loch Shiel, four miles outside the village of Acharacle This delightful, traditional building has now been sensitively restored retaining the charm of the original building, yet boasting all modern comforts, ensuring your stay is comfortable and relaxing. It benefits from a lovely setting amongst the Scottish countryside with glorious views across Loch Fyne, and has many unique features. There is ample private parking directly outside the cottage (spaces for two cars with extra parking if required) and you are free to enjoy the fields and open spaces around you.

See countryfile series17 episode 7 to see the beauty of the landscape around us. The bay is perfect for watersports. The renovation was completed in March 2020 and provides stunning accommodation.

Bearnus Bothy on Isle of Ulva

Bearnus Bothy has been lovingly renovated using our principle of ecological design to repair, repurpose and use what has been washed-up by the sea. It is one of the last old residences outside of the main dwellings around the Main House on Ulva. As such there are no neighbours until you reach the tiny community on Gometra - where we live - another three miles down the track.
