Elizabeth's Thatched Cottage is a two hundred year old listed building located in the heart of a working farm on The Wild Atlantic Way. The cottage has three bedrooms, bathroom, sitting room and kitchen with stunning views of the River Shannon. 30 minute drive to Adare Manor and Ballybunion Golf Club, Limerick Greenway and an hour away from Killarney National Park. Tarbert/Killimer ferry to Burren National Park and Cliffs of Moher 5 minutes away. An hours drive from Shannon and Kerry Airports.

The Old Schoolhouse on the Shannon Estuary

The Old Schoolhouse is a beautifully renovated house which was originally the local national school built in 1887. All rooms in the house have breath taking views of the Shannon estuary. The house has wooden floors and ceilings throughout and a balcony where guests can sit and have breakfast overlooking the river. Relax and unwind in our cozy, modern cottage in the village of Creegh (Cree) 💚 - the heart of West Clare close to the popular coastal villages of Doonbeg, Spanish Point and Kilkee and miles of golden sandy beaches on the Wild Atlantic Way. 🌊 The Cliffs of Moher, the Burren, and Doolin (boats to the Aran Islands) are a 45 minute drive. The village has a grocery shop and pub 🎻and is a 15 minute drive to Doonbeg or Miltown Malbay with plenty of cafes, restaurants and supermarkets.

This cottage is one of six cottages in a restored courtyard . Each cottage is individually designed with lots of attention to detail. On arrival the guests will be greeted with freshly baked scones and a welcome basket. Fresh flowers in all the rooms and fires and candles lighting in the winter months. The cottages are a mix of modern with a vintage style and are extremely relaxing for both couples and families. The images are a mixture of the different cottages we have available.

Upstairs bathroom, en-suite double bedroom, 2nd double bedroom and a single bedroom .t’s a very welcoming village on the Shannon estuary with some great pubs, an award winning restaurant, & wonderful scenic walks. It’s very well situated as a base from which to tour, 20 mins to loop head, 40 mins to Tarbert Ferry to Kerry, approx 60 mins to The Cliffs of Moher.

Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms: 1 king room and 1 triple room. There is a sofa bed on the landing. The first floor bathroom has a power shower and freestanding bathtub. There is a ground floor toilet just off the small utility in the kitchen.
