The garden studio is at the ground level of the house, it's surrounded by mature trees and lush plants. Located a few minutes walk to a public wharf with ferries to Woy Woy, local cafe and general store; a few minutes drive to the beautiful Bouddi coastal walk, restaurants and shops. You will enjoy your private space with a separate entrance. Friendly chickens and cat might pay you a visit. Feel free to play the piano or borrow our bikes during your stay. We look forward to welcoming you to our beautiful Wamberal Acreage and Magnolia Cottage, which is a 15 minute walk to Wamberal beach and a 5 minute drive to Terrigal Beach. This private little cottage is separate to the main house and has its own entry, driveway and parking spots and BBQ area This elegant accommodation features two serene beautiful bedrooms, one equipped with a new King Size Bed and the other with a new Queen Size Bed all with luxurious bed linen. Come relax and enjoy

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil, romantic getaway! Enjoy the amazing views while you relax in this private waterfront sanctuary. During the day, use the private jetty to dive, SUP, kayak, fish or just laze around soaking in the rays. At night indulge in a cocktail and freshly made pizza from your personal pizza oven. Then sit around the fire pit while enjoying the amazing sunset. We provide firewood for one night, and supply and deliver extra for $30 / bag.

The Art Studio - Avoca

Originally designed as an art studio, and later repurposed as a bnb, this unique sanctuary is set amongst rainforest gardens, with a gentle water feature, mosaic amphitheatre, fire pit and patio area. The stained glass windows speak of times gone by - reflecting the golden afternoon light that comes streaming through the coloured glass. Please be aware that this property is on a slope and there are steps, so it is not suitable for elderly.

Strictly no parties or excessive loud music or noise to disturb surrounding neighbors. Ideally suited for quiet relaxing getaway 🐚🏖️🌊 Relax with the family at this peaceful place to stay. This 2 bedroom guest house is battle axed and has valley views. Walk to the lake and the beach in Avoca. New dwelling to enjoy. Please note there are a number of stairs to access cabin. Property not ideally suited for persons with mobility difficulties.
