This a beautiful 3 bedroom family home. We live in an annex next door so lovely people can come and enjoy the Cornish Riviera! We have 3 bedrooms and 2 bathroom, amazing views across the Carrack Roads and we are only a short walk to the stunning St Just Church and 5 min drive to the very popular and exclusive village of St Mawes recently voted the best seaside destination in the uk and the best in Cornwall. As stated this is our family home, as such there may be some marks on the carpets etc

Lower Stables is a romantic hideaway nestled in the private countryside of Carclew on the outskirts of Mylor, in easy reach of creeks, beaches and Falmouth. The stables boast a wood fired hot tub, beams, wood burner, luxurious bathroom with roll top bath and rain shower and a large well equipped kitchen. There are many lovely spots to enjoy the rural idyll; meadow for sundowners, private 1 mile walk - perfect for dog owners, fenced gardens with barbecue and fire pit for stargazing.

Your own garden and private sitting area with sofa, chairs, fire pit and BBQ with free use of canoes and paddle boards. Lovely dogs welcome. Totally charming and all just for you . You will be the only guests at the property. We are doing some improvement works in early 2026 but the site is open. We are open year round.
