There is a fabulous view of the Kingsbridge estuary from the bedroom and the living space so you can enjoy the sparkle of the water in your bed or while eating at the large table overlooking the garden and large patio. With folding patio doors there is the option of outdoor/indoor living or a game of pool if it's raining.

From our quiet, sun filled valley you can drive to many fantastic nearby sandy beaches or there's a flat walk to town where you can catch a ferry to Salcombe. Use this as your base to enjoy local walking, biking, SUP, surf, kite, food & beer. The accommodation is open plan styled in a modern yet comfortable way. We have some cold beers waiting in the fridge for you as well as other treats & essentials.

A lovely 2 bed house, very well equipped & completed to a high standard. It has contemporary open plan living & 2 bedrooms. 1 bedroom is king size & the other is open plan onto the landing with 2 singles, ideal for children & teenagers. Occasional surfing on the sand bar. Boat hire available and fabulous dingy sailing. Coastal walks to Garra Rock, Bolt Head and beyond. Internet provided so extend your holiday and WFH or sit in the garden and admire the apple tree and the flowers but sorry no dogs allowed. Stairs may be a little steep for elderly.
