Features include: - 2 SuperKing (U.S. King) bedrooms, each with private ensuite - down pillows and duvets - heated towel rails - hair dryers - washer and dryer - WiFi - TV in each bedroom, and a third TV (49") in living area - fully equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven, hob, coffee machine, dinnerware - outside patio with seating The townhouse is spread over three floors. Ground floor: kitchen and living, toilet 1st floor: bedroom with private bathroom (walk-in shower, toilet, sink) 2nd floor: bedroom with private bathroom (walk-in shower, toilet, sink) Patio with small outdoor seating area Space for storing golf bags in garden shed. Guests have sole access to entire home and back patio. Private entrance. Both bedrooms are on the upper floors and can only be accessed by stairs. I live in Kinsale and remain available on my mobile for any questions or requests, and am happy to oblige anytime. Head into Kinsale's beautiful town centre straight from the doorstep. Sample the delicious local foods, grab a drink in a traditional pub, and enjoy shopping at independent boutiques. See James Fort and stroll along the river Bandon. Buses run hourly to Cork Airport and Cork City, about a 35 minute trip. There is also local taxi service. Parking: There is a large car park across the street from the house. Generally, street parking is available, but it is scarce during Sunday Mass times, or if there is a wedding, as the house is next to the parish church.

The house is on Stoney Steps. It is a SMALL townhouse located one minute stroll to the the centre of Kinsale. It is very close to all restaurants, bars, pubs and shops. You can park your car and walk to all the amenities the town has to offer. The property is cosy. There is an outdoor space with seating to enjoy your morning coffee or glass of wine in the evenings. The town is close to beaches and the wonderful coastline of the Wild Atlantic Way.
