Holiday rentals with a patio in Kinugawa River

Numa’s place is amazing — great location, easy access, and equipped with everything you could possibly need. He’s very responsive and offered great flexibility for check-in and checkout. Thank you and I would love to come back.

Place is located near to Shinjuku main streets. 7 eleven right below the place with coin laundry just beside. I was also impressed by the cleanliness, especially the clean bed linen. Host was also quick with replies and helpful. Thank you.

Chihoko was incredibly kind and helpful! We got a bit mixed up getting there and was beyond patient and kind with us. Helped us arrange to get our luggage sent to our next location and overall just a lovely human being. Great stay if you wish to be a good distant from Shibuya Station

The place was very nice and clean when we got there. Hosts were very helpful and responsive. They even gave us a full list of the trains we had to take to get to the place. Overall good experience. No complaints

Seirai’s place is excellently located just outside of Shinjuku. The house layout also caters for a number of guests to be comfortable. Furthermore, the futons provided in the first floor are super comfortable!

Ryuji’s place was perfect for our family of 4. The extra amenities such as curling iron, flat iron and hair dryer was such a nice gesture. We loved the spacious place to come back and relax after a long day of touring Tokyo. The neighborhood is beautiful. Would definitely stay again.

Very kind host, friendly, good natured, quickly response. We have small children. When we finished booking, host asked how old he is. To prepare the house safely. Very lovely. The house quit old traditional. But still perfect and clean. We will definitely come back again. Thank you very much for taking such good care.

It was a good accommodation to calm down and relax even with small children.There is also a convenience store and drug store just a short walk away, making it convenient for shopping.Thank you again when you go to Tokyo.

The host try his best to communicate well and help us with luggage since it was rainning, despite his senior age he is still very energetic and try the best of tech by using translator to communicate with us. The house look exactly like photo, easy to find, great neighboorhood, near by aeon and some local market. Great place!

AMAZING home in a quiet neighborhood. Close to the train station. Great places to shop and eat nearby. Very clean and had everything we needed. Host was very responsive and helpful.

Great place and great host. Very large by Tokyo standards and homely. Also very central so easy to get around. Premo was extremely responsive and helpful, going above and beyond to help us enjoy our stay, even sourcing a babysitter at very short notice! Would highly recommend to anyone.

The stay was lovely and so clean! Very nice and quiet area, not too far from Shibuya. We arrived late into Tokyo and I booked it at the airport last minute - the instant book and self check in was so easy. Hong was so helpful and friendly and the response time was so fast!

Excellent accomodation just outside the main tourist hotspots with plenty of room and easy access to all areas of Tokyo. Closer to smaller out of city commutable town with winding and narrow roads. Helpful shops nearby. Highly recommend.

Location was great, few minutes walk to train station and easy to go around the city. Mall located near the place as well.

We loved our stay in Eleven’s apartment. It’s small but perfectly formed and has everything you need. Eleven left coffee, tea, cold drinks and yoghurt, which was really kind. They were really responsive and flexible too. The location is really buzzy and fun - but it is the red light district of Kabuchiko- which isn’t mentioned in the description. This was no problem for me and my family but may not be right for those with younger children.
