The Old Tannery

A traditional sandstone barn conversion, with a sheltered garden in the beautiful village of Temple Sowerby. Located in the Eden Valley you will be well placed for trips to the Lakes or the Dales. In the village there is a local pub offering 'Day Fishing Licences' on the local river, a church and 'The House at Temple Sowerby' if you prefer some 'Fine Dining'. Our Timber Tent is situated within the grounds of our small family run farm and caravan site. We are easily accessible from the A66 by car. Great for a stop over when cycling, walking, travelling to the highlands or for a simple weekend away. With two single beds a power point, heating, mini fridge and tea/coffee facilities it really is the best way to go camping. You will need everything you take camping except your bedding & tent. Eden Valley hideaway - edge of the Lake District

Accommodation provided in delightful character house in Morland near Penrith. The Eden Valley is a charming unspolit part of Cumbria but only 20 minutes from Ullswater. Private annexe, with separate entrance, small kitchen, sitting room with TV. Downstairs toilet. Private outside patio with table and chairs. Facilities to cook simple meals. Tea, coffee and milk provided. It is important to note the bedroom is en-suite but with access through the main house.
