Skipperhuset

🏡 Skipperhuset is the oldest house on our family farm Birkenes located in Farsund municipality. The Skipper House was built in the 19th century and has been rehabilitated several times, most recently in the spring of 2021. In collaboration with a local painting company, we are working to make the house as authentic as possible, including wallpapering the living room, kitchen and hallway with skipper house wallpaper and linseed oil paint to preserve wood, etc. The Skipperhuset has a natural place on the farm and is located wall to wall with the brewery house which has a renovated baker's oven.

Short distance to Flekkefjord, 25 minutes by car/ferry. Flekkefjord is best known for the Dutch town and rail cycling. Hiking to the giant's kettles at Brufjellhålene 40 minutes by car/ferry.

Cozy apartment in Rasvåg on Hidra, which is located right on the beach and has a jetty with swimming and fishing opportunities just outside the door. With southern idyll and great nature on all sides, it is a perfect place for relaxation and excursions. Fenced garden towards the lake and road, so small children can play freely. Hidra has a lot to offer in terms of attractions, fishing and nature experiences, but is also the starting point for trips to Brufjell, Flekkefjord city, Kjeragbolten, Prekestolen and many other exciting places.

Lille Presteskjær Lighthouse

Lighthouse from 1895 with housing and apartment in the tower itself. The building is established on a reef at the end of Rekefjord. Original furniture from the time when the lighthouse keepers and their families lived in the lighthouse. The lighthouse has a kitchen, bathroom and toilet, living room, storage rooms, atrium with panoramic views, 3 bedrooms and a small kitchen that has been converted into an extra bedroom. There is also a boat garage attached to the lighthouse, this is decorated for outdoor fun and simple dining.

Villa Trolldalen

Newly renovated, stylish and functional annex centrally located in Flekkefjord. It is located in a busy area, but appears well shielded and isolated. Parking right outside. Nice small and cozy patio to enjoy. Only 5 minutes walk to Flekkefjord city center and Alti center. It is also close to restaurants and cultural/outdoor activities. Extremely versatile property that is great for singles, couples, friends and families with children. Can also fit workers. Bed linen is ready, but must be put on yourself.

Apartment in idyllic surroundings

Here you can enjoy yourself, relax or be active. You have a large jetty for fishing, campfire or sunbathing/relaxation. Walking distance to the local Joker store, open 24/7, playground and swimming area. Nearby there is a football field, ballbinge, sand volleyball and frisbee golf. Åna-Sira is a great place for hiking, for example Brufjellhålene and Sandvika. It is about 20 min to Flekkefjord, and the other way you come to Jøssingfjord (about 15 min.) or Sogndal beach (about 30 min.).

Enjoy a relaxing holiday with the whole family in our modern, high-standard cabin! This is our family cabin, which we use as often as we can, but we’re happy to share it when we’re not there. The cabin is spacious at 150 m², with four bedrooms and sleeping space for up to 11 guests—perfect for two families traveling together. In addition, a luxurious sauna with panoramic fjord and mountain views is scheduled for completion by spring/summer 2026. We hope you’ll enjoy it as much as we do!

Welcome to beautiful Hidra. The island of Hidra is a short drive and ferry (free) from Flekkefjord. Stay in a cozy waterfront house on the edge of the jetty, surrounded by amazing nature. Walking distance to fishing port with beach, shop, fish reception with sale and restaurant Isbua. Isbua is a family-friendly restaurant with short-distance food. Modern apartment with separate entrance downstairs on a new house. The apartment contains living room, bedroom, kitchen and bathroom, as well as patio with nice sea views. You come to made beds and towels are included. In the fridge you will find some breakfast food that you can arrange when appropriate. The bedroom has a double bed, which can easily be converted into two single beds.

Grocery store Kiwi and Coop Extra in Hauge city center, about 8 km. The apartment is on the top floor. The landlord lives on the main floor.
