Peterculter is a great location if you are planning a trip around the Deeside area - Banchory/Aboyne/Ballater/Braemar. It is also handy for Westhill, Kingswells, Bucksburn, Stonehaven and only 6 miles from Aberdeen City. My house is next to the old Deeside railway line, perfect for walks, jogging or cycling. I have plenty off-road parking and a big garden to sit in. I am on the bus route into town or out to Deeside.
“Shirley is an outstanding host. I was welcomed and told to help myself to tea and coffee. In the morning she made my breakfast while I sat in her bright and airy sunroom, admiring her beautiful garden and the stunning view of the surrounding countryside. Shirley’s house is immaculate and beautifully furnished. The room was lovely, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Lovely bathroom with bath and shower next to the bedroom. Do not hesitate to book this one. You will not be disappointed. I will be back in Aberdeen in the future and will certainly book again. Thank you Shirley for your hospitality.”
My home is located in Elrick, Westhill which is approximately 8 miles from Aberdeen city centre. The accommodation is a double bedroom with king-size bed, private en-suite bathroom and access to the kitchen and dining room. Bedroom has a TV with Netflix access. Secure storage available for a bike. This is a smoke and pet free home.
“Perfect host, and great facilities. Ideal for me when working in the Westhill area. Easy access to the X17 bus in and out of the town centre when required.”

“Soma was a great host and incredibly welcoming. Her place was ideal and in a great location close to all amenities. It was a short 25 minute walk to the RGU campus and the costa across the road from her place was an ideal place to study. Would love to stay again.”
