The house is situated in the middle between Gällivare and Kiruna, in a small village called Puoltikasvaara, near to a big lake. The perfect spot to watch the northern lights !! It is very near to Svappavaara, Icehotel, Abisko, Jokkmokk, Kungsleden, .. Possible activities are dogsledding, skootersafaris, snowshoeing, skiing. Nice view from the diningroom ! and a new woodheated sauna ! Mitt boende passar par, ensamäventyrare, affärsresenärer (work remotely, office space) och familjer (med barn).

The location is quiet, parking is included free of charge and in the house there is also a sauna to use. Perfect base for discovering Kiruna's unique nature, chasing the northern lights in winter or enjoying the midnight sun in summer. Bedding and towels are always included.

Two bedroom apartment with parking on the side of the house. Close to nature. Here, you live close to the slalom slope and close to Kiruna old Centrum. There are grocery stores and restaurants near the property. At night the house shakes as they blow up the mine at LKAB. It does most of the houses in Kiruna. The house is old as you see in the pictures and will not be renovated as it will be demolished within any year due to the city transformation in Kiruna.
