Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Kite Beach

Was here for a bachelor party for 6 of my guys and this was the PERFECT house to host our weekend! Plenty of space, perfect location to everything we needed…food, bars, grocery store, and the beach/excursions. The Chef was absolutely amazing and one of the highlights of our weekend. Highly recommend this beautiful house and would definitely stay here again in the future. 10/10 without a doubt!

Lucy is a fantastic host! The villa is gorgeous- both indoor and outdoor spaces were beautiful, functional and well used by our group! It was a quick and scenic 10 minute walk to the beach. The Green One section of the beach was very quiet and hardly had guests unlike the rest of the beachfront. This place is a must stay and we will be back!

Jaay was such a great host! Very responsive at any time & always provided us with restaurant recommendations as well as other activities. The house was spotless and so spacious! We had a group of 8 and there was more than enough room. I’d definitely recommend this beautiful home to friends/family.

Notre séjour aux Villas étaient incroyable! C’est magnifique, une des plus belles places que j’ai vue de ma vie! Toutes étaient parfaits! Nous y retournerons sans hésiter!

This villa was as beautiful as advertised, from the moment you walk in you see the giant windows with the amazing view of the ocean and surrounding area. Everything as advertised, my only complaint would be the water pressure but that is common from what I have seen in the DR as a whole. I would definitely recommend and I will be staying here again!

If you’re looking to visit Puerto Plata and want to have enjoyable stay, packed with activities. You’re in the right place! Definitely good value for your money. The photos don’t do justice to the house! Totally enjoyed our stay and Franchesca’s help was a huge part of it! Her recommendations are superb! We definitely would be coming back and staying at Franchesca’s.

Great place to stay will recommend to anyone excellent hospitality. The staff was wonderful great chef and housekeeper couldn’t ask for a better experience.

My family and I stayed in this beautiful villa and we loved it, the are was quiet and somewhat private, just the right combination. The hole was clean, spacious and comfortable, had just about everything we needed.

This Airbnb was everything we hoped for and more! Perfectly located in Sosua, it’s close to everything ;the airport, supermarket, nightclubs, lounges, casino, and of course, the beach! Whether you’re looking to relax or enjoy the nightlife, this place is in the heart of it all. Emilio, our driver, was hands-down the best in the world — friendly, reliable, and always there when we needed him. Huge shoutout to our amazing hosts Edwin and Raquel who truly went above and beyond to make our trip special. They coordinated everything for us — airport pick-up/drop-off, 24/7 driver service, a private boat rental, ATV adventure, nightclub VIP table, and even in-home massages.And let me tell you about Chef Kevin — wow! Every meal was a treat. He cooked a variety of authentic Latin dishes that had everyone going back for seconds (and thirds). The food was a major highlight and added such a personal, homey touch to the experience.We felt taken care of from start to finish. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Unforgettable!

Una casa con grandes espacios, moderna, tranquila, limpia,organizada,área de juegos y piscina exquisita. Cristina muy atenta, amable y servicial. De los sitios que volvería a repetir, sin duda alguna de las mejores villas de entorno de Sosua.

Stayed here with my family and we enjoyed the house very much. The scenery during the day and night time is beautiful. At night you feel a nice breeze. We enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi at night as well because we got the option to heat them up. The beaches are 15-20 minutes away driving. Sosua beach was our favorite in that area. Host was very responsive and helpful. We definitely recommend anyone to stay in this lovely home.

A perfect weekend getaway! The place has amazing views, it’s super peaceful, and has everything you need to just relax and enjoy. Angelina was awesome! really helpful with great suggestions and super quick to respond. Highly recommended

Los encargados son muy gentiles y buenas personas siempre estuvieron pendiente de nuestra llegada y si necesitábamos algo en el complejo. El señor Rafa es muy amigable y nos ayudó con la fogata y con el paseo en buggy, muy recomendado todo.

Excelente lugar, super privado perfecto para unos días romanticos en pareja. La comunicación con Osvaldo estuvo excelente. Está en la lista para repetir.

10 De 10, las fotos no le hacen justicia, es super bonito, tranquilo y se siente una paz increíble, las atenciones de Mariano y su Madre la señora Altagracia excepcional, definitivamente volveremos, el clima super agradable, muy seguro para ir con niños. Gracias Mariano por recibirnos..❤️❤️
