Skåneleden (SL4) runs just below the house. 5 km south is Simrishamn with restaurants, cafes and shops. To the north you take the wonderful boardwalk in Carl von Linnaeus's footsteps towards the fishing community Vik. Proximity to fantastic sandy beaches and all the small gems that Österlen can offer. Note: Rental 2026 weeks 26-27 (weekly) and v32-v35 (weekly) Check-in and check-out on Sundays.

Cozy gazebo and two patios overlooking meadows, fields and cow pasture. Lush garden with roses, raspberries and herbs. Parking for 2-4 cars. There is a farm shop 100 meters from the house. In the best location overlooking the ocean and Kivik's fine buildings. It has everything you need for a restful vacation. Large living room, dining room, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, guest toilet and kitchen. Proximity to restaurants, beach, fish shop and grocery store. Large wooden deck with dining table and sun-loungers! Some of the house is completely newly renovated with bedroom, bathroom and private exit to terrace. The kitchen will be renovated in February/March 2026.

Välkomna till en timmerstuga beläget uppe på en kulle intill Fulltofta Naturreservat. Ni har tillgång till hela tomten som har ett stort trädäck med integrerad badtunna och utsikt över dalen. Stugan har ett sovloft, sovrum, modernt badrum och ett mysigt vardagsrum med en öppen spis för kvällar framför brasan. Elbilsladdstation på parkeringen✅ Rekommenderat för par / familjer. Fester ej tillåtna och det är viktigt att inte hålla hög volym utomhus på kvällarna efter 21.00.

Wi-Fi and Chromecast are also available. Only a sofa bed, 150 cm wide. Private entrance and parking. Quiet and comfortable. Close to Kivik ,the sea ,and the national park. I also live in the yard. Located on a corner plot by a cul-de-sac in an open position with a view of meadows and apple trees. "Golf in - Golf out" with the courses within walking distance from the house and garden, you can even see the golfers at the 3rd hole on Djupadal's golf course!

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. Older charming three-story house, two of which are rented, in the apple orchards just above Kivik. Ideal location - close to Stenshuvud, Vitemölla, Brösarps backar, Haväng and other attractions. Suitable for both families and couples. Rented daily or weekly.
