Holiday rentals in Kizungu

It was the most beautiful 12 days of our lives to spend here. The villa was exactly as pictured, very kind to us and always at our disposal! The beach and shops were close by on foot, we had everything we needed nearby! There is also a taxi station at the end of the street where we found a once-in-a-lifetime friend. The mosquito net and the air conditioning helped us a lot in nearly 2 weeks. In summary, everything was perfect, if we return to Zanzibar, there is no question that we will come back at the same time! Thank you!

I did a booking on behalf of my wife and her friends for a few nights at the villa and boy where they blown away with everything when they arrived. They went as far as missing some of the activities just so they could soak in the ambience of the place. Its a very well put together villa with a perfect aesthetic. Habib on the other hand is a problem. He is too good at what he does and the makes him a very good problem to have in a foreign country. He was ontop of every from the day of reservation to the day of checkout. He helped me plan the whole trip and even advised on ways i didn't know about that helped me save money. He arranged to pick them up from the airport and had a driver take them around the kendwa area throughout thier stay for no extra charge. I went in looking for a host and ended up finding a friend. The staff was very polite and attentive to every need. I highly recommended the place because they will make you feel like you are a part of them. Thank you Habib.

This is truly a one of a kind villa- perfect for long term stays as the rare feature of uninterrupted solar electricity is a luxury in Zanzibar. Arnaud is a kind stalwart host, ready to attend to the villa at anytime. Anne is superb at sweet efficient communication. They really know how to make you feel at home. The 24 hour Maasi attendant and 3 cool dogs ensure a safe stay. The villa is situated perfectly between Kendwa and Nungwi beaches, two pristine beaches which can be reached in a short walk or ride. Grocery stores are a quick walk as well. Barakana restaurant delivery has plenty of yummy menu choices. The villa is perfectly equipped with spacious rooms and ample shelving. The bathrooms are fantastic! Extra large showers with hot water and Kardashian luxury disappearing sinks- allowing space for an entire family's toiletries. The rooftop pool penthouse lounge is marvelous, offerring panoramic sunrises and sunsets and exquisite star filled nights under the African sky.

We really enjoyed our stay at this cabin. We were greeted, shown where something, even a small treat (snacks and watermelon). Everything worked properly, and electricity, and water, and the Internet. There was plenty of kitchen utensils, even a blender. Very nice Maasai who are on duty 24/7. There's a grill outside, but we didn't use it. There is a cat with a kitten on the property, for us it was a very nice bonus. The cabin itself is bug free, etc. And just your area around. There is a supermarket nearby, but it takes 20 minutes to walk to the beach, but the beach itself is insanely beautiful. It is also necessary to take into account that the curtains that close the glass do not hide everything 100%, so you are always a little, but you can be seen from the outside.

Really nice place in nungwi close to the beach

A clean and spacious apartment located in a beautiful property with a beautiful garden. A few minutes' walk from a beautiful beach. And a great host, kind, generous and attentive. I've rarely been so well looked after. The place had everything we needed. My father got sunburned and Irina prepared fresh aloe vera from her garden for us. 🥹🩷 An adorable woman. The neighborhood is safe and quiet, the atmosphere is a few minutes' walk away which is perfect for us. I recommend it. 👍

We had a wonderful stay at Kahina's villa, with my wife and children. Kahina and Ahmed (co-host) were lovely, Ahmed was always available for us and to make our stay go smoothly. Despite a late arrival, Ahmed was able to welcome us. The villa is located in the heart of Nungwi, a 1-minute walk from the beach and close to any restaurant, shop, taxi .. close but never disturbed by noise. Everything was perfect: neat decor, cleanliness, facilities ... Nungwi is worth a visit and Kahina's villa is a great way to enjoy the stay.

Beautiful home in a beautiful area! Staff was all very friendly and easy to communicate with. Very much appreciated the security guard on the beach in front of the house to make our experience more peaceful as well!
