Bright and airy basement apartment with private entrance and short distance to the city center. 60 sqm with two bedrooms, private workplace and free street parking right outside. Fully equipped apartment, free internet, washing machine, dishwasher. Perfect for those who are participating in the fair in Nova Spektrum or need a nice place to stay while visiting Oslo. Walking distance to train station, only 11 min to Oslo with departure every 10 min. We are a nice family with small children (1+5 years) living in the house. Welcome to us :)

Nice apartment in a fun area

Great apartment in a quiet area, but still very central. 10 min to Lillestrøm city center and train that takes 12 min to Oslo city center and Gardermoen airport. 5 min to Åråsen stadium and Skedsmohallen for those who are interested in sports, as well as 10 min to Nova Spektrum. The apartment does not have a washing machine, but access to laundry. There is also access to a seating area with a fire pit in the green area right outside the apartment. There is usually a dog in the apartment, but this one is allergy-friendly and does not shed.

The apartment from 2023 is centrally located in Lillestrøm.

Here you live quietly on the 5th floor with lift, private terrace and access to a large common roof terrace with great views. The apartment has two bedrooms – one with an adjustable bed and good storage space, and one with a sofa bed and office space. The spacious bathroom has a washing machine, and the open kitchen solution has its own dining area. Parking in the basement can be rented.

Idyllically located with land on all sides and nice lawn areas around. Great view and sun all day. Parking for up to 2 cars included in the rent. Child-friendly with trampoline and play equipment. You can get to Oslo quickly, 25 minutes by car, about 25 minutes by bus and train. 2.5 km to walk to Lillestrøm with restaurants, cinema and train to Oslo.
