The view from the area has to be experienced! During summertime you can put on the mountain shoes and go straight up to Hilleknuten or into the Jogledalen valley. Or get in the car and walk to Kjerag, visit the beaches around Suleskar or sit down at the Castle and enjoy the view. Convenient apartment a few minutes from Sinnes mountain lodge, sledding hill with belt pulls outside the door and walking distance to Ålsheia ski lift. Located on the ground floor. Perfect for a family with 3-4 children (Before Easter, an 80cm frame mattress will be inserted in the kids room) Free parking in the carport just outside. Fireplace, kitchen, shower and washing machine. One bedroom with family bunk bed + an 80 cm frame mattress. And one bedroom with double bed. Note: heating cables in operation do not work.

Trodla-Tysdal has been a tourist destination for hikers since 1892. Tourists have to walk for appox. 3 hours (7 km) from Kleivaland parking place. There is no driving road to Trodla-Tysdal. Trodla-Tysdal means the valley of the Norwegian Trolls due the wilderness and dramatic nature. In 1996 Reidunn and Kjell built a tourist cabin for hikers. In 1998 in addition a small private cabin. In 2017 this small cabin was renewed and now it is possible to book this small cabin for you.
