This unique mini house is in a very special location. From the balcony you can enjoy the view out to the water, and on the opposite side you step out into the loveliest little park/garden. The perfect place to explore the northern islands. In the immediate area you will find supermarket, pizzaria and a bar with live music on weekends. It only takes 5 minutes to walk to the central part of Klaksvík, where you can visit Christian Church, tourist information (Visit North), cafe, restaurant, shops and swimming pool with wellness.

Very suitable as a base as you can easily reach most attractions within an hour by car, and public transport is also at the doorstep. Suitable for 4 adults. The place is 65 square meters with 1 bedroom with dobble bed, attic with two beds, bathroom with shower and well equipped kitchen/livingroom room with designer furniture.

This special home is very well insulated and warm, and it is equipped with underfloor heating, which is very comfortable and warm in cold temperatures. It is close to the sea and at the end of a cul-de-sac. The home is a total of 20 m2, and is a room with kitchen and beds plus a modern bathroom with shower with plenty of hot water. There is a baking oven and hot plates, range hood. Refrigerator with built-in freezer and all other common kitchen equipment.
