Bright and open apartment on the first floor with 20 sqm balcony. The apartment is located on a quiet gravel road and there is only a 3-minute walk to the water. The entire 110 sqm floor was renovated in 2020 with room for plenty of coziness. The apartment consists of 2 bedrooms with double beds and with a sea view of the North Sea. There is a large kitchen area with a wood-burning stove. The apartment has 1 bathroom and there is a private entrance. Just 100 meters from the apartment, there is a playground and a large grass area. We live downstairs, with children.

This home is two apartments that can be rented at the same time. The large part of the home contains two bedrooms and a bathroom on the 2nd floor. On the ground floor, there is a large bedroom, kitchen, kitchen, living room and dining area. In the other part of the house, there is a large loft with a double bed, as well as a sofa bed. There is also a large bathroom and kitchen.

The home is well decorated with dishwasher, washing machine, modern kitchen family room, and two good bedrooms with closet space. The grounds are located within walking distance to the city's cozy hosts, the Merchant, and the famous waves of Cold Hawaii. NOTE! Please bring your own bed linen, sheets and towels, but they can be rented from us for a fee (75 DKK per person). (The house was painted black on the outside after the photos were taken)

It’s close to the ocean, the town restaurants like Klitmøller Røgeri, Håndpluk, Le Garage, and Kesses Hus, and the surf hub. It’s located in a holiday area, so you’ll most likely have a few neighbors around - but don’t worry, the ground is big, so you’ll have plenty of space to kick back and enjoy the peace and quiet.
