This apartment is build in a basement. It has its own door, private bathroom, living room , big L couch, TV-tray set, TV, Roku with Netflix, cabinet with fridge, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, and a sink. The bedroom has one King bed, a queen size inflatable bed that can be set-up for extra guests, a sofa, ceiling fan, closet, night stands, portable radian heather, portable fan, and a dresser. Parking for two or more vehicles. Only two adults live in the main floor of the house.

The Karns Area home is located in a safe neighborhood. You will be staying in a one bedroom apartment with full kitchen and bathroom, small sitting area with loveseat and flat screen tv. The studio is attached to a larger house, but is completely locked off and private. It also has its own parking and entrance.

The Knoxville Little House is a recently converted 380 square-foot structure. Half of the house contains a kitchen and living space and the other half contains the bedroom and bath/laundry. This cute little house is perfect for a single guest or couple and one child. We are located in a quiet neighborhood with access to I 75 and downtown Knoxville within minutes. Enjoy the many things to see and do in and around Knoxville and then come back and relax in our little dwelling.
