Beachfront holiday rentals in Ko Samui District

Very pleasant place! We stayed for couple of days. The house was clean and well-maintained. It also conveniently located, close to the beach. Tania was very friendly and attentive throughout our stay. Check-in was quick, and I appreciated the helpfulness, Tania provided excellent recommendations for local restaurants and scooter rental services. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and would recommend to anyone. Thanks.

Fantastic stay had by all 6 of us. Very relaxing and peaceful yet a short taxi or car journey to Lamai or Chaweng when we wanted the hustle and bustle. Tone and Par where extremely helpful when needed and went about their daily chores without imposing themselves in anyway. We chose to eat out almost every meal with IBeach a few minutes walk down the beach, and Mordens a few minutes walk in the other direction. Trips out are easily booked and pickups from the villa were easily arranged. It was our first time on Koh Samui and I doubt we would have found anywhere better. Thanks Alan and Nikki for a great time and fantastic villa.

Location, location, location! The shack is what it says - a shack and it was the most perfect place for us. Being right on the beach was incredible. Walking distance along the beach to a fantastic variety of Thai and international restaurants and bars. Walking distance to 7/11 and Big C supermarkets. We didn't hire a car and Jason and Nora's lovely neighbour drove us to the supermarket if we wanted to do a bigger shop. We would hire a car next time. Thank you for a brilliant stay Jason and Nora, you were so lovely to deal with and really enthusiastic and genuine - we look forward to returning and seeing you again.

We loved the place. As seen in the photos, your own little cottage right on the beach. The bungalow and outdoor area were very clean. If you have any questions, we were able to reach out to the host directly without any problems.

We really liked the stay at the place. It was a cozy little cottage in the immediate vicinity of the beach. We were nicely received and received many good recommendations for the area. There are really great restaurants nearby. The cabin is well cooled by an air conditioner. We would like to recommend the accommodation. One thing we would only improve is larger trash cans in the cabin.

What an incredible place. If you are looking for some peace away from the throngs of tourists then this is your place. It was a perfect ending to 3 weeks travelling around Thailand with our kids and we didn’t want to leave.

I was so happy to stay at Marketa & Tomas’s place. It’s located in a quiet side street right by Hin Kong Beach, just a few minutes walk away from lots of restaurants and the beach. Unbeatable location in Srithanu if you want to stay close to the center but avoid the busiest part. The apartment is spacious, clean and fresh. The only thing is the bed is hard, so if you’re sensitive to that you might find it uncomfortable. Marketa & Tomas are lovely, friendly people and super easy to communicate with. Happy to stay here again next time!

We enjoyed our stay at the property. It is right on the beach – a fantastic location, especially for families with young children, as the water is very shallow and is excellent for playing. The place was clean, well appointed and overall very pleasant. A small drawback was that unfortunately you could not always swim due to low tide and tide. Also, the accommodation is a little outside, so you definitely need a car or scooter for excursions or (larger) purchases (a 7/11 is right around the corner). The Melanie was very friendly, helpful and always responded quickly to our messages – that was really great! Overall a great place to stay for those looking for peace and proximity to nature.

Mandred was an excellent host!! He took care of all our needs arranging transportation to and from the airport helped with baggage in and out of house . Recommendations for places to eat and any other questions we had. The house is amazing very beautiful and great views!! We had an amazing stay and would definitely recommend!!

Wonderful hosts, loving, humorous and incredibly attentive. Our stay was memorable – we will definitely be back! Our stay with Pannipa and Markus was simply unforgettable – thanks to their exceptional hospitality and their beautiful home, our honeymoon became something very special. We have rarely experienced such loving, humorous, and thoughtful hosts. Every recommendation, every reservation, and every little gesture was worth gold. It was our first time in Thailand / on Samui, but certainly not the last. When we come back, I'm sure we'll be back to you. We would book again anytime and highly recommend you. We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful villa. The property was stunning, well-maintained, and offered everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The people were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay, always going above and beyond to make sure we felt at home. We would definitely love to return again in the future!

We had a great family time at Villa Indu Siam. Everything was perfect. The villa, located by the sea, is very beautiful, very well designed and furnished and very clean. Davide was always very responsive to our requests beforehand. Special congratulations to Anna and her team, what responsiveness from every point of view: advice on excursions, massages reservations ( at home,it was great ) taxis, restaurants, golf, troubleshooting in record time during a puncture by scooter, etc... and what fine stoves. We enjoyed each morning with their delicious breakfasts as well as three evening meals which were simply excellent. All this in a very discreet way. A big thank you.

Amazing customer service. The villa was amazing. Loved every moment of the stay. They made our Valentine’s Day so special and decorated the room and set breakfast up for us. We would return :)

We had a fantastic time staying with Kim. The little cabin is right on the beach and is very comfortable. We were very warmly welcomed by Kim and her husband, also taxis were for and organized. We will be happy to come back! Thanks Kim! ;)

This place is just great! Starting with the location and modern decor, the hosts and the beach. We highly recommend the place. Hin Kong Beach was one of the most beautiful beaches for us and also the restaurants/ bars along the beach offered everything. The hosts take great care of one. We felt very comfortable and would come back anytime.
