Bedrooms are at opposite ends of the house for privacy. If less than two guests are booked and you need access to the 2nd bedroom or if the single bed is required a small additional fee applies. Both beds have brand new firm mattresses with lovely soft pillow tops and high quality linen. Fully stocked kitchen and all bathroom amenities included. Brisbane street and the mall are just beyond this precinct with more restaurants and cafe's, a supermarket is a 10-minute walk away on Gordon Street. The Ipswich central train station and hospital can be accessed on foot easily from the cottage. Ipswich art gallery and civic center are a 3-minute walk away. Metered street parking is also available in front of the property. Ipswich Train Station is a 5 minute walk away with direct links to Brisbane CBD and airport. This is a very quiet street, especially at night time.

The cottage is completely separate from the main house on a half-acre block in Karana Downs 28 kms to Brisbane CBD or 12 kms to Ipswich CBD. It is fully self-contained, modern, airy, quiet and peaceful. It has a full kitchen, laundry, dining and lounge area and one double bedroom with queen bed and a bathroom with safety railings. The cottage has two split system air conditioners and two ceiling fans. It has a large private covered verandah on 2 sides and undercover parking for one car.

Rosalie Waters Mountain Hideaway

Our cottage accommodates 4 people. There is a comfortable lounge room, equipped with sofa bed and television and a separate bedroom with a queen size bed. There is a verandah to sit on at the table and chairs to take in the mountain air. The cottage has a bathroom and a small kitchenette. The kitchenette is complete with bar fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle and tea and coffee facilities. All crockery and cutlery as well. Smoking is not permitted inside the cottage.

Currawong Self contained Cottage

Currawong Cottage is located at picturesque Kobble Creek Cottages. It is situated on the highest point of the Kobblecreek property with breathtaking elevated views of the D’Aguilar Ranges overlooking 52 acres of native bushland abundant with native birdlife and wildlife. It lies approximately 10 minutes drive from the rural village of Dayboro, or 20 minutes from Samford Village. There are two other cottages on the property namely Wonga and Figtree cottage.
