Villa holiday rentals in Kocaeli

We rented a place through this application for the first time, the owners of the villa, father, son, very polite, and humble. We got an immediate answer to all our questions. Even though the weather was rainy, the pool was so hot that we could get in even in the evening. The rooms are immaculately spacious and definitely one of the best if you are going to keep them on the sides of Kartepe. They really deserve the money you give to the fullest. It's been our favorite place.

We we’re husband and wife with 4 kids the place suits us perfectly. Emin was a great person, Nothing creepy town is peaceful, The Vila garden was from heaven, The view of the location to the leake and the city,, day and night marvellous view. Worth the money and planning to come agin inshallah

It is a lovely place, very big, lots of beds, very clean and a very nice e pool and bbq area, we enjoyed the stay very much.

great place to spend the weekend; Mr. Emre helped me get into the house. The garden and pool are pleasant . There is a barbecue set up in the garden and they also helped to light it. There is also a fireplace option available for cool days. It was a nicer house than the pictures.

We felt completely at home. Everything was thought out to the smallest detail. Mr. Emrah's communication was also very good. I will recommend it for friends who will come with a few problems. First of all, if you do not have a car, it is very troublesome roads and if you plan to come in the winter later, you need to know that the pool is not heated. We came due to the Ramadan holiday, and it was quite cold for the pool. There are 3 bedrooms and a sofa is considered for those who stay, there are also beds. There is no problem where to sleep for peace. It is completely in touch with nature and has a really fascinating atmosphere.

We didn't encounter any issues during your 2-day stay. I would like to thank Mr. Gökhan and Mr. Murat very much. There was more than enough of what a home should have. Cleanliness etc. Great. Even the pillows were hotel pillows 😃

We went to our friends for a weekend together and were incredibly satisfied. It had a very large garden. We came with our dogs and they enjoyed it just as much as we have. Everything was considered at the resort. We didn't miss anything. The amenities in both outdoor and indoor spaces were great. The house is great. We gathered 8 people to celebrate. We went with twin babies. They provided two high chairs and a park bed. Everything and everything was clean and the pool was very nice. Of course, there is a clear smell of chlorine from those used for heating and cleaning purposes, but if not, we could have doubted cleanliness. Next time, we will take bathrobes and garden slippers with us. It was not a good idea to use the bath towels by the pool, we made a mistake

The entrance to the house was quite comfortable. Since we would be staying with a large group of friends, we preferred this house and there were a lot of beds. It was cold due to the saint of the season we stayed and when we entered the house, they burned the boiler early, a thoughtful thought, thank you:))

I spent two days in the residence of Mr. Terjay with my family and it was a special experience in all its details - the location of the residence is very special next to restaurants, supermarkets and services. The residence is also new and very clean and has all the needs , an integrated kitchen, a wonderful swimming pool Also Mr. Terjay is very cooperative and friendly We're going to visit again.

Her husband Ms. Müzeyyen's kind attitudes and the hospitality she offered made us feel at home. The place we stayed was exactly the same as the photos in the advertisement; we did not encounter any surprises. The fact that it is located in a safe location made us feel at ease and the fact that the items to meet our every need have complemented our comfort. Cleanliness, order, and attention to detail exceeded our expectations in every way. It was a great chance to come across such sincere, kind, and caring hosts. The place is beautiful as description and photos 🏡💕 Pros : The villa is very spacious and overlooking the pool . Czech if fast . Very clean and cozy . Full kitchen utensils and equipment. The place can accommodate a family of up to 12 people maximum . The pool is very clean and they have water heating in case you want to swim in the winter season (we haven't tried it) There is a water sprinkler in only two toilets. The villa is three floors of the last floor. There is a beautiful outdoor session. The negatives are not many and have not been affected by the quality and beauty of the place but to improve the service will be mentioned : At the time of exit I told the admin about the checkout time, but we were late for half an hour and it was a travel line to another area. It is better to have places dedicated to putting garbage in rooms and seating like a lounge Yalit provides facial and hand wipes ( only pepper toilet is available inside toilets ) But in general the place is beautiful and comfortable psychologically and I repeat the visit, God willing, in the future . I would recommend it for everyone. 👍🏽💕
